Luxxfolio Signs Letter of Intent with Greywick to Explore Institutional Liquidity for cLTC on Canton

TLDR:

  • Luxxfolio becomes the first ecosystem partner for cLTC, Greywick’s tokenized Litecoin for Canton.
  • The letter of intent is non-binding except for confidentiality, and further agreements are required.
  • Luxxfolio may lock mined LTC in Greywick’s reserve and receive cLTC issued 1:1 against it.
  • Greywick targets a late 2026 mainnet launch, subject to reserve addresses and attestation details.

cLTC, the reserve-backed tokenized Litecoin developed by Greywick Digital for the Canton Network, has secured its first ecosystem partner.

Luxxfolio Holdings, a publicly listed Litecoin miner in British Columbia, signed a non-binding letter of intent with Greywick. The document is dated October 27, 2026.

The agreement explores how Luxxfolio’s mined LTC can serve institutional markets. Luxxfolio announced the deal on October 29, 2026, from Vancouver. The company trades on the CSE under the ticker LUXX.

Terms of the Letter of Intent

The letter outlines a proposed seed liquidity role for Luxxfolio. It also covers a joint exploration of borrowing applications involving the token.

Apart from confidentiality, the document is non-binding. Neither company has an obligation to proceed beyond the letter at this stage.

Commercial commitments require a further signed agreement. Each party will bear its own costs. Any treasury allocation would also depend on agreed commercial, custody and redemption terms, along with technical readiness. Luxxfolio also trades on the OTCQB as LUXFF and on the Frankfurt exchange as LUH0.

The Litecoin Foundation called Luxxfolio the first ecosystem partner for cLTC. Greywick has also announced Foundation support for the initiative. Paul Bradley, Co-founder of Greywick Digital, commented on the partnership.

He said, “We are thrilled to welcome Luxxfolio as the pioneering ecosystem partner for cLTC.” He added that Greywick “aims to unlock the utility and collateral efficiencies” through the effort.

How the cLTC Reserve Model Would Work

cLTC is designed as a reserve-backed, tokenized representation of Litecoin. Greywick architected it for the privacy-enabled Canton Network. The token is being developed under the CIP-56 standard. Greywick has identified Luxxfolio as its inaugural ecosystem partner for the token.

Under the proposed framework, Luxxfolio would explore locking portions of its mined LTC treasury in Greywick’s reserve.

The reserve is designed to use published addresses and independent attestation. In return, Luxxfolio would receive cLTC issued 1:1 against the locked LTC.

Tomek Antoniak, CEO and Director of Luxxfolio, described the company’s strategy. He said, “Our approach is to hold a strategic treasury position in Litecoin for the long term.”

He added that the treasury “can do more for our shareholders on Canton” while keeping LTC exposure. The structure could give access to institutional trading, collateralized financing and corporate yield-bearing workflows. Luxxfolio would not need to sell LTC on public spot markets.

Launch Timeline and Risk Factors

Greywick anticipates a mainnet launch for the token in late 2026. That target remains subject to the publication of reserve addresses, the attestation format and the launch sequence.

By onboarding a publicly listed miner, Greywick aims to demonstrate practical enterprise use of the CIP-56 standard. Corporate asset holders could then access additional treasury applications without selling LTC on public exchanges.

Antoniak said Luxxfolio is “building a business that connects Litecoin production, treasury management and the infrastructure that can expand its use.”

He noted the company can bring “the perspective of an operating miner and long-term holder” to the effort. Luxxfolio also said it is “proud to be the first ecosystem partner for cLTC.”

The release also lists risks. Holding cLTC would introduce counterparty, custody, redemption and liquidity risks beyond holding LTC directly.

Financing, yield and other financial benefits are not assured. Further details on timelines, liquidity structures and technical integration will follow as development progresses.
